About UsLuscious Juice Bar is an independent family run business, Opening in late 2007, it is the first of its kind around Bedford offering 100% fresh fruit smoothies & juices with tasty food served daily. We believe in good wholesome food & drink, made without nasties, that are ethically produced and, where possible, Organic.
If it's a healthy breakfast you're after then pop in and try our porridge topped with seasonal fruit & honey, or our free range dippy eggs. We also do a mean poached egg & salmon on toast that will set you up for the day!
For lunch, fresh,gluten & dairy free, homemade soup is served daily as well as delicious toasties,ciabatta’s,wraps & sandwiches (including wheat & gluten free).
There is also a salad bar packed full of fresh ingredients to make up your very own salad box or load up one of our oven baked jackets or sweet baked potatoes....yum!
As well as all of this, we always have some exciting treats like RAW chocolate, homemade carrot cake & beetroot and chocolate cake (dairy,wheat & gluten free) to tickle your fancy! Why not ditch the chocolate and biscuits and help yourself to our healthy Pic n mix, available in small, regular & large sizes.
Luscious also offers one of natures true super foods, wheatgrass. as well as juice boosters like guarana, ginseng, echinacea and aloe vera.

The Team
The luscious team consists of manager Louisa, who is joint owner with Gareth & David. Louisa runs luscious day to day with Katrina & Hannah, and has a helping hand from Sophie on Saturdays.
Jan provides loads of background support that nobody ever sees and bakes the best Spelt bread in Bedford! She also bakes some great Dairy, Wheat & Gluten free cakes ( especially the chocolate & Beetroot).
Steph (AKA Miss Mo Mo's) bakes our extremely popular Carrot Cake & a few other delicious treats!
